This sale was bitter-sweet. My friends from High School had just moved to Prior Lake from Chicago last August for work, and I couldn't be more thrilled to help them find this gorgeous townhome. Fast-forward to January of this year, and they were being relocated once again for work. I am honored they chose me once again to represent them during this transaction and tight time-crunch.

With a great marketing plan and my clients' amazing interior decorating, we were able to get their townhouse sold at their goal price, within their time frame, all while beating out brand new homes within the community.

I am going to miss these lovely faces, but am so excited for their next journey in Colorado!
