My name is Shannon, and the proud owner of Shannon Ricco Homes. I am a 31 year old mom, wife, and Realtor. Growing up in the Chicago suburbs, I was constantly in awe of the amazingly beautiful Chicago brownstones, the rich history, and unique architecture; thus began my love for real estate. 

 

As a marketing professional, I understand real estate is more than just selling, it is about creating an experience. Any one can stick a "For Sale" sign in the yard and slap some photos on the MLS, but it takes a strategic and knowledgable Realtor to know the perfect strategy to take with each unique property.

• I am a mom to two beautiful daughters, Elliott and Emma.

• Post college, I worked for four years in digital marketing and branding in Chicago and Phoenix.

• I adore traveling. My husband is a pilot for a major airline, and we take full advantage of the flight perks (don't worry, I'll never leave you hanging)

• If I could live in Italy full time, I would.

• I was a DI swimmer at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

• I have completely fallen in love with Minneapolis, and am so glad my husband and I decided to call this city home.
